You live in a big city and you do not have the chance to have a garden. Still, you've always dreamed of having a small vegetable garden just for you to see slowly grow your fruits, vegetables and other plants that you can consume after a simple picking. For many years now, many inventors have offered indoor vegetable gardens with a small lamp to reproduce the natural ecosystem ... but none of them seems as successful as OGarden.
Developped byPierre Nibart and his team, OGarden is a kitchen garden that surprises with its design in wheel shape and you will see that this small specificity changes a lot of things. Circularity makes it possible to integrate 90 plants to grow them at the same time and make them all close to the same light source (a low consumption LED with a lifespan of 8 years). Turning, the wheel will plunge the plants in water thus allowing them to have the light and the nutrients necessary for their good development.
A very interesting project that may delight everyone who dreams of growing at home for healthy consumption after a few scissors. And OGarden seems to interest a lot of people! Launched a few weeks ago on Kickstarter, the team wanted to reap 13 000 € for its development. An amount reached in only 6 minutes and who is today more than € 540,000… 9 days before the end of funding! To participate, visitkickstarter.com.
